As an executive coach and an educator, I am driven by the belief that every human being has the potential to change the world, my goal is to use my strengths and abilities to develop and equip individuals and teams to accomplish the mission of their organization. My desire is to see people passionate about their vocation and their relevant connection to the purpose of the business and its organizational goals.
Education and Training…
Angela has worked exclusively in leadership and team development as well as event planning for 17 years. Her passion for leadership shows through in her education with an undergraduate degree in Ministry Leadership from Northwest University and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. A skilled facilitator, Angela designs and leads team building workshops, UnPlugged Retreats, and one-on-one coaching with high energy and experiential exercises that foster dialogue and integrate skills into behaviors using her Gallup StrengthsFinder Coaching certificate and extensive education in executive coaching through AG Coaching and through International Coaching Federation (ICF) classes. Angela is also a credentialed ordained minister with the Assemblies of God.
Community Involvement…
Believing that every individual has the potential to change the world, Angela founded the GIVE GOOD Awards to recognize and celebrate those that inspire others. She also believes strongly in vacations with a purpose and has had the honor to spend time in many different countries, volunteering and teaching.
